Shipping, returns, and everything in between.

Shipping

3–5 business days anywhere in Syria. Orders before 2 PM go out the same day.
Free on orders over $150. Below that, it's $2.
Syria only for now. If you're outside the country, reach out on WhatsApp and we'll see what we can do.

Orders & Payment

Cash on Delivery only. You pay when the order reaches you.
Check your account page for order status. We also send updates through WhatsApp as your order moves.
You have 1 hour after placing the order to change or cancel it. After that it's already being prepared. Hit us up on WhatsApp if it's urgent.

Returns & Exchanges

3 days from delivery. You can exchange or get a refund — as long as the piece is unworn, undamaged, tags still on.
Send your order number to our WhatsApp. We'll sort out the exchange or refund and arrange pickup if needed.
Everything except underwear, swimwear, and anything marked Final Sale.
